Family & Friends,
I am again participating in the 2017 Travis Manion Foundation's 9/11 Heroes Run in honor of my son, Chris Mosko. 9/11 was a pivotal event in Chris' life as it was for so many Americans. It solidified his focus on how he could serve and protect our great nation. Chris never took the easy way out and choosing his path of service - Explosive Ordnance Disposal - was a real challenge. The men and women in this type of service are doing all they can to protect those around them and innocent civilians.
Please support this effort as your donation will help the Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) - a military support organization that empowers our nation's veterans and families of the fallen. TMF offers unique opportunities that help veterans and survivors to take the next step in their personal journeys. Named after 1st Lt. Travis Manion, USMC, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Al Anbar province of Iraq on April 29th, 2007, the Foundation is committed to honoring our nation's fallen heroes and believes we HONOR THE FALLEN BY CHALLENGING THE LIVING.
Even a small donation will help me achieve my goal! The process is fast, easy, and secure. If you can't make a donation at this point, help me reach my goal by sharing this page on Facebook and Twitter! Or, even better, send an e-mail to friends you think might be interested in contributing and include a link to my page!
Thanks so much for your generosity and please consider participating yourself at a race location near you (or as a virtual participant) by registering to RUN. VOLUNTEER. DONATE. CHEER...but most all of: HONOR
